Pre-trip planning

1. Making an online reservation

We manage every reservation that is processed online, so it’s better to get a reservation in before the days and times gets booked up. If you are unsure of the trip or items on your reservation, please call or email. If we see anything that we don’t recommend for your group we will call or email you regarding our question with your information provided. Call 715/372-4983 and we’re happy to help.

2. Group Rates/Refund Policy

We recommend reservations and payments to be made on-line @ www.reservations.brulerivercanoerental.com. but you can call for info regarding large group orders who would like to pay INDIVIDUALLY/SEPERATE and still get the group discount. On the reservations page, simply make a “GROUP LEADER” reservation that includes only what you would like to pay for. Ex. If you have a group of 20, but would only like to pay for your family of 4, select 4 kayaks and check out. Notify the rest of your group what name the “GROUP LEADER” is under and date. Have everyone in your group call our (715)372-4983 number and we can make their reservation over the phone/pay.

Payments on-line are refundable 48 hours in advance of the departure time and date of your trip minus 3% credit card fees incurred. Any cancelations within 48 hour time frame, will not be refunded. ALL trips can be rescheduled any time until day of departure or the amount previously paid can be used for merchandise in our retail store.
